Helsinki of the Locals is a tour in which participants get around by tram, like the locals do. Participants get to hear fascinating stories about how food culture has developed in Helsinki from the Middle Ages to the present day. The tour includes a visit to Hakaniemi Market and Market Hall to taste seasonal products. The Market Hall is a great place for purchasing souvenirs from the handicraft stalls on the upper floor. The tour continues afterwards to the rooftop Ateljee Bar at the Hotel Torni to enjoy appetisers and the best view of the city.
After whetting our appetites, the tour continues to the restaurant Flada13, which serves a three-course seasonal menu.
